They protect potential hazard zones from 45 cm to 3 m wide, and at speeds up to 110 km/h. They are designed to compress like a telescope and decelerate the vehicle when it is impacted frontally at the nose of the shock absorber. They are also capable of redirecting a stray vehicle in the event of a side impact.

Centra is a monibidirectional, redirecting impact absorber for hazards up to 610 mm wide. It includes: an impact head assembly, a frontal impact diaphragm and anchoring assembly, intermediate diaphragms, and a backing structure, all connected by cable assemblies and a series of specially designed three-layer beam panels.

The Centra 610 110 k impact absorber meets the testing criteria of European standard EN 1317.

Metal safety barrier for containment of vehicles and pedestrians, made of steel and hot-dip galvanized in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 1461 standard, with containment level N1, severity class A and working with equal to or less than W3, according to the European standards UNE-EN 1317-1, -2 and -5, including the anchoring and fixing elements.

The metal barrier complies with the Accessibility Order VIV/561/2010 of the Spanish Ministry of Housing, assuming that there is no scalable element between 20 and 70 cm.
“Railing” (Barrier + Railing): Contains a car at 80 Km/h Tested system (CE Marking – Level N1).

The simple metal barrier H1 is a security barrier specifically designed to be installed onthe sides of roads and is basically made up of a double wave profile fence and verticalsupport posts with a “C-120” section, arranged every 4 m and is characterized in that the joint between the fence and the post is of the fuse type, that is, capable of beingreleased in a controlled manner from a certain level of applied force.

The barrier is made entirely from hot-rolled steel sheet according to the Europeanstandard UNE-EN 10.025, hot-dip galvanized according to the European standardUNE-EN ISO 1461.

H1 refers to the fact that it has successfully passed the full-scale crash tests TB42(10,000 Kg Truck, at 70 Km/h and 15º) and TB11 (900 Kg. Car, at 100 Km/h and 20º)according to the European standard UNE EN 1317-2, meeting all the acceptancecriteria for containment level H1, with severity class A and working wicth W5.

The H2 high-containment simple metal barrier is a safety barrier specifically designed to be installed on roadsides and is made up of a double wave profile fence and vertical support posts with a “C-120” section, arranged every 1.33 m and is characterized in that the joint between the fence and the post is of the fuse type, that is, capable of being released in a controlled manner from a certain level of applied force.

The barrier is made entirely from hot-rolled steel sheet according to the European standards UNE-EN 10.025 and UNE-EN 10.149, hot-dip galvanized according to the European standard UNE-EN ISO1461.

H2 refers to the fact that it has successfully passed the full-scale crash tests TB51 (13,000 Kg Coach at 70 Km/h and 20o), TB42 (10,000 Kg. Truck at 70 Km/h and 15o), TB32 (1,500 Kg Tourism, at 110 Km/h and 20o) and TB11 (Car of 900 Kg, at 100 Km/h and 20o) according to European standard UNE-EN 1317-2, fulfilling all the acceptance criteria for containment level N2, with class of severity A and working width W2, for level H1, with severity class A and working with W2 and for containment level H2, with severity class A and working with W4.

The “SMART RAIL H4” high-containment simple metal barrier is a safety barrier specifically designed to be installed on roadsides and medians. It is made up of an upper railing and, in its lower part, a fence with a triple wave profile. The upper railing is attached directly to the post while the triple wave fence is attached to it by means of a separating element that works both as a spacer and as an energy absorber during the impact of vehicles.

The vertical posts have a “C-125” section arranged every 2.00 m. The barrier is made from hot-rolled steel sheet of the type and grade S235JR, S275JR and S355JR according to the European standard UNE-EN 10.025, hot-dip galvanized according to the European standard UNE-EN ISO 1461.

H4 refers to the fact that it has successfully passed the full-scale crash tests TB81 (Truck 38,000 Kg, at 65 Km/h and 20o) and TB11 (Car 900 Kg, at 100 Km/h and 20o) according to European standard UNE-EN 1317-2, meeting all the acceptance criteria for containment level H4b, with severity class A and working with W3.

It is made up of a fence with a triple wave profile joined to the post by means of a separating element that works both as a spacer and as an energy absorber during the impact of vehicles. The vertical posts have a “C-125” section arranged every 2 m.

The barrier is made from hot-rolled steel sheet of the type and grade S235JR and S355JR according to the European standard UNE-EN 10.025, hot-dip galvanized according to the European standard UNE-EN ISO 1461.

MASH TL3 - Euro ET End terminals

Supply and installation of A 12 m Euro-ET terminal. This component complies with European Standard ENV 1317-4m 110 km/h (P4), class A.

This single-sided terminal, when facing the impacting vehicle, forces the extruder head along the guardrail, bending the steel posts while flattening and curving the guardrail away from traffic, thus stopping the vehicle in a controlled manner.

MASH TL3 - Softstop End terminals
