They allow send information remotely in real time to drivers about traffic, weather and environmental conditions of the route.
They consist of 3 rotating panels with different messages done with aluminum prismas, which makes them light without compromising their strength and each of the 3 faces have a different sign, that could be placed remotely or automatically.
